The Discount Program is our own in-house quality dental care program with a reduced fee dental plan that allows individuals and their families just like you to receive quality dental services at a price that makes sense in today’s tough economy.

Dr. Samadzai understands how important affordable dentistry is … especially during the challenging economic times we face today. Patients can now receive the care they need with a budget they can afford. Our discount plan offers our patients state of the art care in a relaxed, friendly environment.
 

Your benefits will begin immediately upon your payment of your annual membership fee.

The Discount Program Plan Benefits

  • Free Cleanings: 2 free regular cleanings and exams per year.

  • X-Rays: 1 set of regular bitewings (x-rays) and any other x-rays necessary.

  • 20% Off: Most services including fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, partials, veneers, periodontal treatment and additional cleanings, exams, and x-rays.

Membership Requirements

$300 For head of household or first member

$250 Each additional member

  • One Year: Membership is for 12 months from your start date

  • All Fees: All fees must be paid in advance.

  • Show Up: Keep your scheduled appointment, show up, and enjoy care in a relaxed, friendly environment.**

*Free cleaning/exam forfeited if patient cancels less than 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment or no shows.
